House rules
A few simple rules keep the farm comfortable for everyone.
Booking
- The person booking must be 18 or older.
- We ask for the booker’s ID and the guests’ names before arrival.
- Group bookings are confirmed after a short chat about the occasion and the guest list.
- A 25% advance by UPI confirms a booking.
At the farm
- Maximum guests: up to 15 overnight with extra mattresses, and around 40 to 50 for a lawn dinner.
- Pool: children must be supervised by an adult.
- Pets are welcome. Message us before you arrive.
- Smoking and damage to property: message us before you book and we will share the details.
Cancellation and refunds
Message us for the cancellation terms before you book. A 25% advance by UPI confirms your booking.
